I’m sorry people are so rude you are amazing yoh inspired me I been doing a weighted hoop for 15 mins a day it taking me a bit to get up to the 30 due to me having a prosthetic but I have lost 106pounds so far and it started with me watching your videos thank you and your amazing

Long story short, I LOVE CEREAL TOO. I stopped eating it a week ago and lost 8 pounds. I didn't get enough growing up I guess. Anyway you look and are fantastic. Love you and your wife. 🥰

As I sit here eating dry cereal (Lucky Charms) wondering where the few extra pounds came from. Cereal has been on sale buy one get one free. Rude people criticize no matter what. They don’t care for an explanation. Just trying to hurt others.

I love cereal too. We grew up eating a bowl of cereal before bed 😳. Terrible eating habit. But I use to tell people that I was fat so I would be hard to kidnap 🤷🏻♀️😆.

I think the people who ask SS (stupid stuff), are sad skinny people who have a fabulous metabolism and never had to worry about weight. They SS people feel it is their duty to point out our differences (from them). They also like to sugar coat their nasty comments with fake concern of our health. I would like to let them know, I have never ever successfully been pointed to weight loss from nasty comments. It takes an internal dialogue and desire from within to make a change. Negativity does the exact opposite. You are awesome! Don't let the SS negs ruin your day!

I had a single mom, we ate what we had and pasta was cheap! Before that I was always playing outside. I didn’t put on weight until I was a teenager. Yeah that was a great time to be fat!
