Always told pitchers to aim at a spot on the body instead of watching the glove. Use visor for top of zone, knees for corners, etc

as a catcher we do it to hide location and incase its a wild pitch we can block it and its still easy to catch a high pitch from that arm angle

When I played, I stopped looking at the catcher from the moment I got the sign until I started my stride. If I looked too much, my accuracy suffered.
