As someone who bought one without knowing what type of tuppaware fit in it and let me tell you, 2 meal prep containers and poppy/soda, and like 3 protein bars fit in this thing. The ice packs make it stay cold all day even if you don’t have it in a fridge. Obviously fridge helps too. My favorite lunch bag because I clip it to my clinical bag or backpack. And put emergenC or hydration packs and spoons/forks in there. Actually amazing how much fit in them and they’re not too big.
