In good corn those old pickers do better only taking one row at time anyway. They weren't designed for 200 plus bushel corn.

New idea made good pickers. we had one till I got my mounted picker for the Super M. I pull short gravity wagons and barge boxes. but gravity wagons work well

Ear corn always picks cleaner early in the morning when the husks are still damp. Once everything dries out by the middle of the day they don’t like to take the husks off and you’ll end up with a lot in the wagon.

The head and frame is technically one unit and the husking bed another and the elevator yet another, you can pretty much mix and match any to any, and interchanging is as simple as some chains and pins and it all slides apart (or should, never does as the slide rails tend to seize)

Fry’s Machinery in Muncy Pa most likely has all the parts you’d need. Just google them. Didn’t want to put their number on here without their knowledge. Pretty old school dealer. They’ve got acres and acres of equipment.
