I would say get some Milton wipes you can get little pack to carry around there are also disposable seat covers I many countries they have seat covers but in England we don't

would it be worth it to carry some toiletseat covers with you? I recently saw em in a toilet and I was thinking that's actually such a good thing to have in a toilet! specially public ones

get yourself a radar key, you can then use accessable toilet,you dont feel as rushed ect,more space also i always carry around antibac wipes with me!

I brought a fun pencil case. In it I have a compact mirror, spare dressings, antiseptic wipes for both surfaces and body, antiseptic hand gel, whatever pads or dressing I currently use and disposal bags incase toilet doesn't have a bin. Also a strip of ibuprofen and paracetamol in there. I avoid using toilets where possible when out but knowing I have it but not being obviously medical has saved a lot of stress over the last couple of years.

public restrooms in many spaces are so poorly taken care of it’s a serious health risk for people. i also carry wet wipes with me when i go out for long periods of time because i’m paranoid i’ll contract something.
