would it be worth it to carry some toiletseat covers with you? I recently saw em in a toilet and I was thinking that's actually such a good thing to have in a toilet! specially public ones

I brought a fun pencil case. In it I have a compact mirror, spare dressings, antiseptic wipes for both surfaces and body, antiseptic hand gel, whatever pads or dressing I currently use and disposal bags incase toilet doesn't have a bin. Also a strip of ibuprofen and paracetamol in there. I avoid using toilets where possible when out but knowing I have it but not being obviously medical has saved a lot of stress over the last couple of years.

I would say get some Milton wipes you can get little pack to carry around there are also disposable seat covers I many countries they have seat covers but in England we don't

public restrooms in many spaces are so poorly taken care of it’s a serious health risk for people. i also carry wet wipes with me when i go out for long periods of time because i’m paranoid i’ll contract something.

Please get yourself a little rucksack and fill it with proper cleaner and clean before use and after. Dump the tissue you clean with in the waste bucket ♥️

I've bought toilet seat covers. They're just made from flushable paper. I'm like you, I really don't like to go to anyone else's loo 🥰🥰

I know a number of people who will not use public toilets due to cleanliness (they DO NOT to the best of my knowledge have any issues.). It drives me mad. I’m immunocompromised and if I have to go I have to go 👏

do you carry a backpack for supplies? if your do you could buy & carry the flushable toilet seat covers. Also might be worth ordering a radar key, so you know you will always be able to access a toilet when needed

I carry clinical waste bags with me and put them in the toilet like a bin liner use the loo then tie the bag up and put in to the clinical waste bin. I also have disposable gloves and etc bags to double bag xx

I always have a kit in my bag, with toilet wipes, hand sanitizer and more bits that are suitable for me for when I need to use a public toilet but could be worth putting a little kit together that suitable for you.
