the tricology one might be the best of the ones you've shown, but maybe the best (although a bit more expensive) is, in my opinion, Iraltone Fortifying (caffeine, PCA zinc).

Plantur has worked wonders for my hair but you only need to use a small amount and leave it on for 3-5 mins and thoroughly rinse otherwise youll have residue leaving it sticky. I've been using this for 7 months now alongside Nizoral onve a week, take pumpkin seed capsules and biotin
