Я тоже так делаю. И не только с рыбой. Я вырос в селе, а это значит умение забивать скот. Шкуру с коров снимаешь кулаком. Звучит конечно не эстэтично. Но мясо кушают почти все. Забой скота , жизненная необходимость.
