No cuz in western countries they're serious abt it, my mother's friend lives in Europe, in ramadan, when her daughter is fasting teachers at her school make sure she chose to fast or else they'll call child services on the mom🥹

My Syrian neighbors who ran away from their country to seek asylum in the Netherlands put their 12 year old daughter in full abaya and hijab pretty much on the same day she had her period. And the way she’s wearing it pretty much looks like a niqab too, just without the face covering. They made her look like a traffic cone, but in all black.
