putting on my list! I do have a small scale but think might get a bigger one. I also had a question: do you think the type of butter and flour (brand) really matters. Right now im just experimenting with just store brand butter for my cookies , store brand flour and using nestle chocolate chips. I do like using Kerrygold butter for personal use. Ive seen some bakers say it doesnt matter some say it does.
