Did it occur to you that the driver wasn’t aware of downtime and got confused about when to get into the right-hand lane? I don’t go downtown very often so it’s extremely confusing. Not only that, but the streets aren’t set up the right way. For example, I might take a left and then need to get into the right lane for a turn right in one block. How do I do that if nobody in the line lets me in? Do I camp out in the left lane and not let anyone through until someone lets me in? That’s why these situations happen.

Just drove from Seattle to Lacey this weekend and in that 50 miles the amount of left lane campers going the speed limit or under I encountered was shocking. I genuinely do not understand why the left lane is so confusing

ok but downtown Seattle is an absolute cluster if you don't know it well. i delivered flowers there for 2 years and know it like the back of my eyelids now but still. its a mess of one way streets and crazy intersections
