I am so far from being done with my re-read, but do I remember correctly that at some point Nesta allows Rhys to enter her mind for a few min/sec? Didn't Rhys at some point say to Feyre that a good daemati only needs to get inside someone's mind only once and they can created a small back door to always come back? Even if they put their mental shields back? I keep thinking about it.

Honestly rereading the series I hate Rhys just as mush as everyone else in Pythian and everyone loves him it makes me think back to tamlin back in acowar and how Rhys might’ve changed Reyes memories of everything and tam might not be that bad

I genuinely want Nesta (and Elain for that matter) to leave that toxic environment called the Night Court. Or at least stop trusting the IC completely. Rhys, in particular, was SO awful to her. He is not and never will be her High Lord. And I don't understand why the author decided to bring Amren back. I hate her character. She's useless, and I can't stand her attitude toward Nesta (and other people outside of the IC). Before the ACOSF I was more neutral toward Cassian (he was just mildly annoying), but after the book I hate his guts as much as I hate Rhys. He's the WORST mate ever. Some people like to say that the Elucien bond is a mistake, but the truth is that Nessian is the real mistake.

I love Nesta so much but I want to shake her for this and for thinking Rhysand is a fair ruler. The biggest reason I can’t wait for this series to wrap up is to find out if there’s some purpose to this or if SJM was just trying to gaslight us this whole time.
