The word I always came back to was invisibility. I felt soooo invisible. He gladly took all the effort and attention I poured into him, but if I just stopped, he went about his life as if he was alone. So that made me try harder, explain more, and feel worse. Now I’m with someone who has shown me what it’s like to be IN IT together. It is glorious and it makes me realize that THIS is what I needed in a marriage all along. It’s actually overwhelmingly lovely.

My ex too! I literally gave him a website to choose a question to ask, and he still didn’t! I can’t believe I stayed for 3 years!💔 He didn’t even like me!
