I text them right before they appt like hey I’m ready or hey let me know when your parking I’ll let you know when I’m ready etc , and if you know someone is always late then push their appt time back lol all my clients come on time or a few mins before or after

I’m a home based estie. I send an info text night before appt. Gives address and directions but then also lists any info they need to know. Where to park, that since I am home based they need to be on time etc…it has helped a lot..

…i’m always 15 minutes early. Let me remember this when I book and sit in my car for 10-15 minutes.

I work out of an office space and just keep my door closed until I am ready 😅 because same thing some people show up so early! 5 mins is fine but like 20-30 mins early is too much, but then I think some people are just scared of being late. I put a sign near the door that says please have a seat and I will come get you when ready😊
