Tsukishima is gonna rewrite it, and make it so she survived when Yhwach comes back using the soul king's powers. The fight will continue, he'll leave Ichigo defeated and go to face Azian in the soul society, and Tsukishima will arrive and bring Orihime back and she'll heal Ichigo and Rukia. I think thats the rewrite and the original ending he wanted back then. because all these years we always said it never made sense how Orihime and Tsukishima powers together fix Ichigos bankai. I think Tsukishima original involment was to rewrite her sacrifice, not that she made it but that she survived it.
