Unfortunately despite the hype, Neymar had only 2 seasons in his career when he was top player and had a legit case for being top 3-4 player in the World. 2015 and 2017. Not even 2016. In 2016 Luis Suarez (apart from Messi, Ronaldo, and maybe even Griezman) were better than him.
