former employee here... by the time I was out of there, you could count my vertebrae down my back I was so thin from stress. It is a soul sucking job. So finding this out.... doesn't surprise me in the least.

at my old workplace, a plastic car part factory with no a/c or anything, had life insurance policies for all employees so if they ☠️on company property then the company would get some $$$. We all joked that if we stroked out, heart attack, etc etc, then our coworkers needed to drag us across the street to the pub first before calling 911 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 but we actually would have at least 5 ppl every summer that would have to leave in an ambulance because of the heat
