5 years ago I was traveling through Sacramento California there was a hazmat spill on the highway so they redirected traffic through a bad bad part of Sacramento they pulled me over my wife and I are both military Marine corps staff sergeant my wife and it sergeant they ran our place without our consent before they pull this over and use that for the reason to pull us over when I asked them why they had pulled us over they had said because our plates don't match which told me they ran our place before they even pull this over when I speak to their Sergeant we were released immediately had I continued on my endeavor I would have found that Sacramento PD violated seven constitutional rights they let us go just so I wouldn't file paperwork I will have their asses dead to rights next time
