They also serve affordable weekly specials with a rotating menu. The ghibli-like ambience is quiet and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to study, unwind, and grab a quick bite. We ordered: - M9 Wagyu don [$16.80] - Grilled Salmon don [$11.80] - Strawberry matcha [$6.80] Fuwa Kakigori is definitely worth a visit — the portion sizes are generous and great value for money. We tried their strawberry matcha latte, and the flavours were perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The wagyu was tender and cooked just right, and the sashimi was impressively fresh. The only minor downside was the salmon don. Instead of flavouring the rice with soy sauce, the salmon itself could have used a touch more seasoning for better balance. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d happily come back again.
