They are emotionally mature enough to realize the situation has nothing to do with them so they don't care. They don't gossip because they're socially aware. They don't like negativity AND they monitor their thoughts. It makes sense why they're so rich after you realize these things.

It’s called noise to signal ratio or sum shid. I believe Steve Jobs conceptualized it (although it’s not new). 99% of the shid you see and hear throughout your day is noise, in regards to your personal mission or direction…that is your life work/job/skills/business/ideas/etc. You don’t engage with the noise. You only focus on the signals (things that pertain to your focused objectives). It’s a very good mental framework to use because you protect your own energy and it’s very easy to discern what’s for you and what’s not. Ppl engage into too much shid that’s not for their highest good
