In the first incident McKenzie did not clear and Kriel could not place the ball - penalty to the Boks. In the 2nd one clear yellow card - possible penalty try

The refs was pathetic. Jacobson was allowed to play from the side, with a tucked shoulder, further more. The tackler never released the player on the ground. Also dived on the player on the ground. 2 forward passes for try and one offside for Holland.
