Patrick genuinely seems to have no conscience. Three weeks after the tragedy, he was reportedly out hiking with his mistress, and just four months later he got married. He had the babies cremated, and when photos of his own children were shown in court, he just sat there without shedding a single tear just cold as ice. I genuinely cannot comprehend how someone carries on like that after losing three children. 💔

I discovered this case about two months ago, and from her journals and messages to friends and family, it was clear that she was extremely unwell and repeatedly asking for help.
I would like to respectfully correct one point in the narration: she was described as bipolar, but from the information I have come across, she was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis. These are not the same thing, and it’s important that we make this distinction, especially when discussing postpartum mental health.
Her journals and messages reportedly showed how desperately she was struggling and seeking help. There also appeared to be very little support from her husband during this time. It was additionally reported that she called 911 approximately 120 times over 2 weeks.
I’m making this correction because postpartum psychosis is a serious and potentially life threatening condition, and cases like hers highlight how urgently women need to be heard, supported, and taken seriously when they are clearly asking for HELP.

I'm also wondering what cleared Patrick in a matter of 24hrs. Yes there are the camera footages but still there is a lot of inconsistencies in his story.Had Lindsay not survived there wouldn't even be a trail or investigation.

Lindsay hired one of the best lawyers who is very experienced if there was any doubt that the husband was involved don’t you think that would be the defence? Or everyone saying he did it is smarter than everyone working on the case? There are three young lives involved here. She is not disputing the fact that she did it and there is a bigger issue here about women’s mental health

I think IF the husband did it, then he should be investigated and punished accordingly because what made him change shoes? However Lindsay already had bipolar, how can we differentiate between the bipolar and ppd/ppp? Despite the mental issues, she still did it. It's a sad case but if we let her go it's gonna have a ripple effect, 'normal' people can also claim to have mental issues. Many men arrested for heinous sexual acts, claimed to have mental issues but still got arrested (as they should), I don't think they should be given a loophole.
