@siyaswrites: CH 48-49 Bangkok was unusually calm that Saturday morning. No meetings. No investors. No phone calls demanding Lena's attention. Only one message. >Lena: Wear something comfortable. I'll pick you up at ten. Miu stared at the message for a moment before smiling to herself. She replied with only one word. >Miu: Okay. At exactly ten o'clock... A black sedan stopped outside Miu's apartment building. Lena stepped out first. Instead of her usual tailored suit, she wore a simple white blouse with rolled-up sleeves and dark jeans. Her hair wasn't perfectly styled. Her watch was the only expensive thing about her. Miu blinked twice. "I almost didn't recognize you." Lena looked down at herself. "That bad?" "No." Miu smiled. "Better..." A faint blush reached Lena's ears. "I'll pretend I didn't hear that." "You shouldn't." "So..." Miu asked after getting into the car. "Where are we going?" "If I tell you, it won't be a surprise." "I don't like surprises." "Mhm." "You still planned one." "I... took the risk." An hour later... The car stopped beside a quiet stretch of the Chao Phraya River. Small cafés lined the riverside, while artists sold paintings beneath colorful umbrellas. Families strolled along the promenade. Street musicians filled the air with soft melodies. Miu looked around in amazement. "It's beautiful." "I used to come here when I needed to think." "You did?" Lena nodded. "But I always came alone." She looked at Miu. "I thought it was time I changed that." They spent the afternoon without rushing. They wandered through a weekend market. Lena insisted on buying mango sticky rice from a vendor Miu pointed at. Miu convinced Lena to try coconut ice cream. "You've never had this?" Miu asked in disbelief. "I usually don't eat while walking." "That's... the most CEO answer I've ever heard." "I'll take that as a compliment." "It wasn't." Later, they stopped in front of a small stall selling handmade keychains. Miu picked up one shaped like a tiny snowflake. "This one's cute." Lena reached for another. It was shaped like a small flame. She looked at Miu. "... Trade?" Miu smiled immediately. "You keep the flame." "And you keep the snowflake?" Miu shook her head. "No." She switched them in Lena's hands. "You've melted already." Lena laughed. "I walked into that one..." "You absolutely did!" They bought both anyway. Before leaving the stall, Miu quietly clipped the flame keychain onto Lena's car keys. Then she handed Lena the snowflake. "For your office keys." Lena looked at the tiny silver snowflake resting in her palm. "... I'll keep it." "Forever?" She met Miu's eyes. "...Forever." By late afternoon, they found themselves sitting along the riverside. The breeze carried the scent of the water. Boats drifted slowly past. Neither of them seemed eager to speak. It was one of those silences that only existed between people completely comfortable with each other. "You've been quieter today." Miu observed. "I've been thinking." "About work?" Lena shook her head. "You." Miu smiled. "What about me?" "I don't think I've ever thanked you properly." "You thank me all the time." "No." "I thank you for reports." "For coffee." "For reminding me to eat." She looked out across the river. "I've never thanked you..." "For changing my life." Miu's smile slowly faded into something more thoughtful. "You changed mine too." "I don't think I did." "You did." She looked directly at Lena. "Before I met you..." "I worked." "I came home." "I slept." "And then I did it all again." "I wasn't really living." Her expression softened. "Now... I have someone I look forward to seeing." Lena reached for her hand. She didn't interrupt. She simply listened. check com sec for continuation! #lenamiu #wlw #miulena #fyp #Love

💫2: Miu continued quietly. "I used to think happiness had to be something big." "A promotion." "A vacation." "A miracle." She intertwined her fingers with Lena's. "But now..." "My favorite part of the day is asking if you've eaten." Lena laughed softly. "You're weird." "I'm serious." "Fine." The sun slowly began sinking toward the horizon. The river reflected streaks of gold and orange. Lena watched the colors dance across the water. "... Promise me something." "What?" "If work ever starts changing me again..." "Tell me." "I don't care if we're in a meeting." "I don't care if people are watching." "I don't ever want to become the person I used to be." Miu answered without hesitation. "I promise." "And... you?" Lena asked. "If something's bothering you..." "If you're carrying too much by yourself..." "Promise you'll tell me." For the briefest moment... A flicker crossed Miu's eyes. Gone almost as quickly as it appeared. "I... promise." The words came easily. Too easily. Lena smiled, unaware that Miu had just told the biggest lie in their relationship.

💫7: They rode the elevator down together. No one else was inside. The mirrored walls reflected the quiet smiles they exchanged. "You know..." Lena said. "Hm?" "I've realized something." "What?" "I don't think love is grand gestures." Miu tilted her head. "No?" Lena shook hers. "I think..." She glanced at the paper bag Miu was carrying-the empty breakfast bag she'd brought back to throw away later. "It's remembering how someone likes their tea." "Buying the pastry they pretend they don't want." "Saving the last strawberry because you know they'll steal it anyway." Miu laughed. "That's oddly specific." "You stole my strawberry yesterday." "Uh yeah I did." "And I'd let you do it again." Their eyes met. Miu smiled with quiet affection. "I think..." "That's my favorite definition of love." The elevator doors opened. Neither of them noticed Ginny standing near the reception desk. She watched the two of them walk away side by side. Not holding hands. Not doing anything obvious. Yet somehow... The way they looked at each other said more than any public display ever could. Ginny smiled to herself. "They're finally happy." Jayna, organizing files nearby, looked up. "What are you smiling about?" Ginny glanced toward the elevator where Lena and Miu had disappeared. "... Nothing." Then, after a brief pause, she smiled a little wider. "Just... two people who deserve each other." Across the parking lot, Lena unlocked her car. As Miu climbed into the passenger seat, her phone vibrated inside her bag. She didn't hear it. The screen lit up briefly. > Namwan's Doctor: Please don't postpone tomorrow's appointment again. It's important. A few seconds later... The screen went dark. Unnoticed.

💫3: The evening breeze grew cooler. "Come on." Lena stood and offered her hand. "We still have dinner." "You planned the whole day?" "I may have..." "You've become very romantic." "I'm trying." "You don't have to try." Miu smiled warmly. "You already are." They walked away from the riverside hand in hand. Neither of them noticed the unopened message sitting quietly on Miu's phone. Namwan's Hospital: > Reminder: Follow-up consultation moved to Monday. Please bring previous laboratory results. The screen dimmed. The notification disappeared. And so did the truth. For now.

💫5: Around ten, Miu entered Lena's office carrying several folders. "The procurement reports." "They're ready." Lena accepted them. "Thank you." Miu turned to leave. "... Wait." She looked back. "What is it?" Lena opened one of the desk drawers. "I forgot to give this to you." She placed a small white envelope on the desk. Miu frowned. "What's... this?" "Open it." Inside were two tickets. A weekend orchestra performance. "You bought these?" "I remembered you said you liked live music." Miu looked up. "Wait what... You remembered that?" "You told me once." "It was months ago." "I know." She answered simply. "I remember the things you say." Miu smiled. "You really do notice everything!" "Only the important things." The morning passed quickly. Just before lunch, Lena stepped out of another board meeting. She expected Miu to be waiting outside with the updated schedule. Instead... Ginny stood there. "Looking for Miu?" Lena nodded. "She went downstairs." "Again?" "She said she'd be back soon." Lena checked the time. "... Alright." She walked back to her office. She trusted Miu. Completely. Still... She found herself glancing at the clock every few minutes.

💫4: The executive floor buzzed with telephones ringing, keyboards clicking, executives rushing from one meeting to another. To everyone else... It was another ordinary workday. To Lena... It was the first Monday after spending an entire weekend with Miu. And somehow... Everything felt lighter. Lena walked into her office with a smile she hadn't bothered to hide. She stopped when she noticed something sitting on her desk. A small brown paper bag. Attached to it was a sticky note. >Don't skip breakfast. You promised. - M Lena smiled to herself before opening it. Inside was a warm croissant and a neatly peeled orange. Nothing extravagant. Nothing expensive. Just thoughtful. She looked through the glass wall. Miu was already working, completely focused on her laptop. Without realizing it... Lena found herself smiling again. "She's... smiling." Bam whispered. Jayna didn't even look up from her screen. "I know." "That's the fourth time this morning." "I know." "I miss the scary CEO." "No, you don't." "Uh... You're right."

💫6: Twenty minutes later... The elevator doors opened. Miu stepped out carrying several document tubes tucked beneath one arm. "There you are." Lena said before she could stop herself. Miu blinked. "Were you waiting?" "... Maybe." Miu smiled apologetically. "The printing company delivered the presentation to the wrong entrance." "So I went to get it." "You could've asked someone else." "I was already downstairs." Lena sighed softly. "I worry." "I know." Miu answered with a reassuring smile. "I'm okay." That afternoon... A strategy meeting ran longer than expected. By the time it ended, Lena looked exhausted. She rubbed the bridge of her nose while staring at the pile of paperwork waiting for her. A gentle knock interrupted her. "Come in." Miu stepped inside carrying two cups of tea. "No coffee?" Lena asked. "You've already had three today." "So?" "So..." Miu set one cup in front of her. "Your head hurts." Lena looked surprised. "How did you know?" "You've been rubbing your forehead for the last hour." Lena laughed quietly. "I'm becoming predictable." "Only to me." Miu sat across from her. "Drink." "You sound bossy." "I learned from someone." Lena picked up the tea. One sip. "... Jasmine." "Wow. You remembered." "It's your favorite." "I made it the way my grandmother used to." Lena looked at the cup again. "Thank you." They worked quietly together for nearly an hour. Miu sorted contracts while Lena reviewed proposals. No conversation. Only the occasional exchange of files. It was peaceful. Comfortable. Like they had done this their whole lives. As the office gradually emptied... Lena finally closed the last folder. "... Done." Miu stretched her arms. "Finally." "You look tired." "I'm okay." The answer came a little too quickly. Lena noticed. "... Long weekend?" "You could say that." Miu smiled. "I'll catch up on sleep." Lena studied her for a second. She wanted to ask more. Instead... She simply nodded. "Let's go home."
