@madmanmagby: She did the work. She learned. She passed the training. She helps others every day. So why is the opportunity to move up still not happening? 🤟🏼 Being Deaf does NOT mean being less capable. Don’t look at what we can’t hear. Look at what we CAN do. ❤️🤟🏼 Has this ever happened to you or someone you know? #DeafAwareness #DeafCommunity #DeafAtWork #BeDeafToHate #DeafAndProud

she is able to do anything that is thrown her way. they tend to disrespect the ones who can do anything. it is a very hard to pull through on that job. keep moving on to other job until she is given what she strives for

You’re right they should not be overlooked just because they’re deaf that’s discrimination. She can get them for that and. I actually bought a sign language book today so I’m hoping I can learn some words. Be able to communicate with some people that I don’t want that.

I'm sure it's because of her being deaf. I have a friend that is deaf we worked together she didn't get distracted like rest of us she taught us to sign my grandson does some signing he was nonverbal for years. She was a better worker than all of us

It’s true that sometimes qualified workers are overlooked due workplace politics or prejudices. I’m praying that she is recognized for her abilities and talent’s. 🤟
