Ok, in the 70's and 80's as kids we lived on our bikes. We had both valve types on our bikes, it was an annoyance you just dealt with. But the thing was pumping up your tires was incredibly rare, pretty much only happen if you got a puncture. Years could go by. Roll on 50 years, my bikes, my kids bikes and my friends bikes, routinely need more air in the tubes, like all valves now have a very slow leak? What is going on?
