... if an Alien makes first contact with an average human being rather than one of the many, many world leaders or the UN itself, it's because they CHOSE TO!! Do they think these aliens don't already know who the "big dogs" are? if they beam down into someone's backyard, it's bc they don't want to talk to the world leaders, they want to talk to average Joe...
