We had our appointment at the hospital, and both the doctors here and Castiel's doctors in Boston feel it's very promising for him to join this study. He still has some residual traces in his skull, so on Monday he'll have a bone marrow biopsy. This time it'll be four sites (it was two the previous times), so the doctors prefer that we stay close to the hospital to keep an eye on him. We'll wait here and will likely head home on Tuesday. We're holding on to so much faith, so much hope, and we're deeply grateful for this opportunity. Now we wait for the biopsy results to know when he'll start receiving the vaccine and what the whole process will look like. season of many trips to New York is ahead, with a few days of observation at each step, since the vaccine can cause some reactions.
