Sir Isaac Newton (25 December 1642 [4 January 1643] – 20 March 1727) was an English physicist, mathematician, mechanician, and astronomer, one of the founders of classical physics and mathematical analysis. He authored the seminal work "Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy," in which he expounded the laws of motion and the law of universal gravitation, which shaped the prevailing scientific viewpoint until the advent of general relativity. Newton used his mathematical description of gravity to rigorously derive Kepler's empirical laws of planetary motion, as well as to construct a scientific theory of the tides, the precession of the equinoxes, and other phenomena. Newton's work removed all doubts about the heliocentricity of the solar system and demonstrated that the motion of objects on Earth and celestial bodies could be explained by the same physical principles. Newton's conclusion that the Earth is an oblate spheroid was subsequently confirmed by the geodetic measurements of Maupertuis, La Condamine, and others, convincing most European scientists of the superiority of Newtonian mechanics over earlier systems. Newton built the first practical reflecting telescope and developed a theory of color based on the observation that a prism separates white light into the colors of the visible spectrum, thereby laying the foundations of modern physical optics. His work on light was collected in the book "Optics," published in 1704. In mathematics, Newton developed differential and integral calculus, a powerful computational method for finding the roots of functions, classified most cubic algebraic curves, advanced the theory of power series, and generalized the binomial theorem to non-integer exponents. In the last three decades of his life in London, serving as Warden (1696–1699) and then Master (1699–1727) of the Royal Mint, Newton significantly improved the English monetary system. He was elected President of the Royal Society (1703–1727). #animation #pyramids #sphinx #Science #meme

👇8 signs you're doing better than you think: 1. They test the rules over and over. → Not because they are bad kids, but because consistent limits and a caregiver who stays steady are what build security. Every time you hold the boundary calmly, you are showing them the ground beneath them is solid. 2. They explore confidently and check back for you. → They wander off to investigate the world, then glance back to make sure you are still there. That back and forth is the secure base in action. It means they feel safe enough to be brave. 3. They can put down a screen without a meltdown. → Intentional screen time matters. Choosing a calm, low-stimulation option like the Pok Pok app helps make transitions easier and supports healthy emotional regulation. 4. They seek you out when they are hurt or scared → Not just anyone. You specifically. Coming to you for comfort when distressed is one of the clearest and most studied markers of secure attachment. 5. They tell you no. → A child who can say no to you is a child who knows their voice counts. The todder "no" is autonomy developing right on schedule. It is exhausting, and it is exactly what you want. 6. They want you near for the happy moments too. → Not just when they are upset. They run to show you the bug, the drawing, the tower they built. Sharing joy is just as much a sign of attachment as seeking comfort. You are their favorite person to celebrate with. 7. They are different at home than everywhere else. → The teacher says they were an angel, and then they fall apart the second they see you. Children hold it together in less safe spaces and release with their safest person. You are their soft landing. 8. They come back to reconnect after a hard moment. → You lose your patience, you snap, the connection breaks, and minutes later they climb back into your lap. That repair maters more than never rupturing at all. That return is trust in action. You're parenting right. You're doing a great job♥️ . #pokpokpartner #secureattachment #connectedparenting #gentleparentingtips #raisingtoddlers
