I always look up if things are safe to mix together and I’m glad I did! Vinegar and peroxide together create peracetic acid, which I guess is highly corrosive and can create chemical burns as well as irritate your nose and throat and eyes. Be safe out there everyone! I’ll pass on this, but always do your own research!

I'm now washing my hair and body with apple cider vinegar(no peroxide) My skin and hair, so clean & soft. It's winter and I'm not using soap or moisturiser. No more dry, cracking skin. I started adding keffir lime juice to the vinegar mix. Makes the vinegar smell lesser. Also the lime is good for skin, hair. I use the vinegar/peroxide mix, only for my face or dark areas every other day. I'll never go back to toxic soaps, body washes, shampoos.

Tip, use food grade hydrogen peroxide but it has to be properly diluted or it will burn you, doesn’t have the stabilizers like the store bought 3%
