Tip, use food grade hydrogen peroxide but it has to be properly diluted or it will burn you, doesn’t have the stabilizers like the store bought 3%

I always look up if things are safe to mix together and I’m glad I did! Vinegar and peroxide together create peracetic acid, which I guess is highly corrosive and can create chemical burns as well as irritate your nose and throat and eyes. Be safe out there everyone! I’ll pass on this, but always do your own research!

Bumps on my arms and inner thighs are gone and I used to go get Korean body scrubs and it never got rid of the bumps like how this Peroxide and White Vinegar combo has done for me. I've been on it for a month now.

I'm gonna say this outside of the 'reply' section too, but I really don't think the hydrogen peroxide is necessary. Vinegar has its own antimicrobial properties. (Saying this out of love, and so money isn't wasted on an unimportant step) also, PLEASE DILUTE THE VINEGAR IF YOU TRY THIS! never apply it full strength to your skin.

I'm doing the same, and so is my mom. my mom had a bad rash she couldn't get control of, and I stayed with her for about 2 weeks and she used the 2 and when i left her skin was doing sooo much better. it's highly 10/10 recommend 💯💯 and my skin, I've damaged skin since leaving a moldy house and my skin hasn't been this healthy in years!
