Ingredients 500 g all-purpose flour, about 3 1/2 cups 10 g dry yeast, 1 packet 1 tablespoon sugar 1 level teaspoon salt 350 ml warm water 2 tablespoons olive oil or regular oil Instructions In a large bowl, add the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix lightly and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, until it becomes foamy. Add the olive oil and salt. Mix. Add all the flour and mix with a spoon until it forms a moist, sticky dough. No kneading is needed. Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size. After the dough has risen, stir it gently just to remove the excess air. Place the dough into a greased baking pan or a pan lined with parchment paper. Cover it and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
