As a hair stylist once your hair won’t dry it will all eventually fall out and break off. I would cut it into a bob to try and save some, but you’ll probably end up with a broken bob anyways. Color remover is too strong to use it multiple times on already damaged hair. When you saw the Initial breakage you should have stopped.

Girl, as someone who kept Targaryen blonde hair for years...Once it stops being able to dry, you need to accept that it's going to break off. You fried it BAD. That being said...Get a hairdryer that has a cold air setting, and a bottle of Argan Oil. Apply the oil liberally, and with a wide tooth comb (starting at the ends), gently detangle up to the gummy midshaft, then start blow drying on the cold setting. It will take a LONG TIME to dry, but this is going to become your new routine every time you shower. Bleached hair breaks easier when wet, so you have to dry it asap.
