An actual answer from another fine hair girl, lol clarifying shampoo once a week. Light weight shampoo and conditioner. Blow dry with a blow dry brush once your hair is about 80% dry it’s life hanging and helps so much with what you’re talking about

your hair is amazing, maybe a straight cut to make the ends look thicker? x

i can see too much product, when i they mean a cent worth of product, thats it, leave in all over 6-8 sprays as you should have a lightweight leave in for straightening, a serum that stop frizz (optional) it helps to stop the stringy look for my curly hair and heat protectant max 4 sprays on length as your leave in should also have heat protectant which already covered your top head, i do this even w long hair and i never have stringy hair, light products sometimes give me better results, and also use a alcohol wipe on your straightener plates, dirty oils on straightener that you cant see do this too, try this i hope it helps!!

Clarifying shampoo and a light dimethicone based protein free conditioner. No leave in products

A tiny bit of dry shampoo or texture spray helps me with this issue personally

Lightweight oil I use kerastase and try using the Kevin murphy dry powder spray that usually helps any oily pieces, adds textures and doesn’t leave a weird film in your hair!

Trim the ends. Even just a 1/2 inch or so would help
