There are services that you can pay for that give your kids rides from your house to your co-parents house and bring them back to your house for custody exchanges kind of like an Uber but for kids/custody exchanges lol, so technically you can co parent without actually seeing them or see them as little as possible for your childrens events or birthdays

There’s a lot of situations that happens that coparent don’t talk to each other. In my instance, mine whipped me while I was on a high dose of sleeping pills. At this point we’ve already had two kids together, so I have to coparent with him, but talking is not necessary we can email each other and there is a court ordered parenting plan.

If you have young kids Totally different story You're gonna have to communicate with each other But if you have older teenagers You don't have to communicate With your ex anymore Let me guess you're only communicating with them Let me tell you You don't have to communicate with your ex anymore It makes life so much better But if you have young kids Good luck Bend there done that one
