the mom should have charges pressed against her that's the whole purpose of child's ass when they're growing up that's where you discipline them or time out take away their gadgets and toys but you don't sit there and beat them in the head that should be police charges assault and she should lose parental privileges in other words the child should go to the father if he wants her or she goes into or a foster home
