I had the same problem so much supply and then the wearable pumps would get only a tiny bit out 😫😭 switched to the blue spectra and it’s sooo good !!

The worst pain! I had mastitis on my right side and it never came back, just make 1oz all the time since 6w PP. My left side has carried my pumping journey for the last 9 months! You could do it!

I’m sure you know this but it truly helps so much to use the annoying hanging bottles connected to a good pump! I often use my wearables too cause it’s so much easier but especially with mastitis or clogged ducts I like to use a hand pump or my spectra/ motif Luna

I gave up on my eufy I was only getting 2-3 ounces so I started bringing my spectra everywhere 😂 even driving. Now I get 5-6 ounces during each pump and my morning pump (I don’t pump at night anymore) I get 8-10 ounces. You get use to the annoying cords but I just was tired of never emptying with the hands free pumps!

Hot hot shower with your chest facing the water. That is the ONLY thing that saved me.

Use an electric wall pump if you have one! The suction is so much better so it will actually empty you!
