As the game progressed the boks got more fatigued. It showed in the scrums last 20mins abs held the scrum but before than got destroyed in the scrums.

The Springboks started strongly, with Ox and Wilco dominant at scrum time, Jasper producing powerful carries and Damian Willemse outstanding in defence. But those were individual performances—we simply didn’t gel as a team. The first half was acceptable; the second was a disaster. PSDT missed seven tackles, we squandered repeated opportunities in their 22, and poor decisions cost us dearly. After failing twice at the scrum near their posts, choosing a third scrum instead of kicking for touch and setting up a lineout was simply poor game management. The Bomb Squad failed to make the impact expected, while costly mistakes from Marco and Reinach contributed to yellow cards. Credit where it’s due: the All Blacks looked like a team restored to their former glory under Dave Rennie.

what happened is that your team relied too much on their kicking game. Didn't take your opportunities and panicked in the last 15mins with the 2 yellows putting pressure on the team letting them down.

From a Kiwi’s point of view, it looked like Rassie only planned to use scrums and only scrums to win the game. He didn’t have a backup plan like Rennie did. The refs did have some interesting calls, but definitely not one sided. TMO wanted to sin Bin Ardie.
