It’s not hard. 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. Simmer low and covered and it’s just as perfect as a rice cooker.

2 cups of rice. 2.5 of water. Lid open on high heat until it starts to boil. Once it starts boiling, stir and close the lid (lid has to seal properly) and cook on low heat for 12 mins. Do not open the lid at all. Once the 12 minutes have passed turned it off, leave the lid on and take it off the burner. Perfect every time.
