Do you have advice/info about surgical menopause? I am 8 wks post total hysterectomy inc ovaries. I am due back to work next wk & they've already penalised me on the Bradford score for being off!

im in surgical menopause after my hysterectomy, im the only woman in my team at work and treated appalling. My manager took no notice of my occ health reasonable adjustments and had me doing work I wasn't supposed to, has gave me bad reviews on my work as I was "off sick" following my hysterectomy and im literally struggling with my symptoms. Im actually being bullied and singled out by my whole work team which is making my anxiety issues so much worse and I have no idea where I stand. Ive had to write everything down including dates/times/screen shots etc. my work councillor even wrote an email for me to send to my manager and he blanked it! I wrote an email about being bullied and asked for a solution and that was blanked 😳 its still ongoing

for all the advocating, you'd think women would have each others backs. instead, because of my symptoms, which have been recorded separately based solely on what I've called in with, I'm on a stage 2 in work. told to bring a rep with me by my female manager. my days off with peri have mostly been down to night sweats, leg cramps, insomnia, just needing to pee or struggling to sleep as I have sleep apnea but can't use the machine bacause of the above! I've had as little as 2hrs sleep but most nights, averaging at 4 to 5. I've been told to 'go and get HRT'. my docs refuse it until my blood pressure is under control which is hormonal and because of the apnea. and this is as an NHS worker....
