completely took her out of context and missed her point entirely, in the full video she uses the analogy of someone with epilepsy breaking expensive ceramic vases, and claiming that they did it because they started a seizure, the analogy is to explain that the court case is not about who did it and instead about Lindsay's criminal responsibility, she very much is not saying someone else did it nor is she justifying what Lindsay did

You gotta watch the full vid people do understand what this trial is going to determine. So she’s saying imagine it’s vases and the person has epilepsy. The court is trying to determine did she break the vases on purpose, or was it an unfortunate accident caused by an uncontrollable medical condition.
