Vettä is such a beautiful place to do that. You can experience the full Nordic hydrotherapy cycle of heat, cold, and rest, moving between hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, the cold plunge, and different spaces to relax. The property is massive, so you can take your time, explore, and keep repeating the cycle without it ever feeling repetitive. There are also spaces where you can actually talk and reconnect, as well as quiet areas when you just want to switch off.
