Honestly, I don’t understand why some people are so bothered by someone choosing a different career path. 😩 If a nurse decides to move into Community Health, why is that suddenly an attack on Nursing? It’s my life, my career and my choice. Just like people move from Community Health to Nursing because it suits them, someone can move from Nursing to Community Health for the same reason. It doesn’t mean Nursing is bad or that the person isn’t good enough. Sometimes you simply choose the environment and profession that align better with your goals, family, lifestyle and peace of mind. Please, let people choose what works for them.
