2nd time c-section mum here! For women with bellies that fold over, use a hairdryer to dry your incision. Fold a period pad in half and place it in the fold or wrap it around the top of your underwear and place it on the incision 🩷

my midwife suggested a clean pad or cloth for under the fold of my belly post c section to keep it dry. worked amazingly
