I made a fence with string and plant stakes that has worked well for the last month. We tied deflated Mylar balloons to it too. Apparently, they don’t like the movement. My okra and tomatoes recovered nicely.

We have had two good deer free years with fishing line. Fenceposts about every 15’. 2 strands of 30 lb test. Any stronger and they can see it. With this they feel the pressure but they can’t see it so they won’t jump over it. So far so good

Try spraying a raw egg mixed with one liter of water and one spoon of baking soda - deer hate that rotten egg smell - it works for me :).
