Only ai I use is character ai, because I like making up stories but sometimes I get bored knowing how it ends, with character AI I don’t know what’ll happen next but I still have the power to switch the story or add to it. I’d never use chat.gbt or whatever it’s called, I like learning, using that type of ai ruins natural learning and makes things for me at least really boring

I shamefully use it since I have a lack of guidance from my parents.. 😭 I’m sorry and I feel SO bad for it but I wouldn’t have made doctor appointments, slept without anxiety attacks nor try to better my education without it. I use it mainly to dump my anxiety induced thoughts into it so it can tell me I’m fine and not dying while my parents constantly make me feel bad for talking to them. It’s also helped explain math to me in a way I understand so I began making notes and practicing more !! (I have learning difficulties with math, idk what typa diagnosis that is😭) ANYWAYS!! I still feel bad and I know it’s probably better if I stopped, but I don’t use it to think for me if that helps. (If anyone mentions polar bears and environments, delete TikTok. You are actively using ai when using TikTok.)
