I presume the 10aa fragment is for MHC I capture. do they prioritize the fragments that are mutated AND solvent/solvent accessible?

My understanding (which is limited) is that usually at least 2 proteins are mutated to cause cancer, p53 being a very common one as it suppresses other mutations, so if it's messed up too, bad news. But you seem to be talking about 30 or 40 different epitopes/mutations. Are you saying that in a common cancer there are 30 to 40 mutations of different proteins? I actually thought it was only a few proteins that were typically mutated.
