I wish there was more non hormonal options! I was thinking of copper IUD but I know people close to me where their iud went โmissingโ thatโs a risk I do not want to take on. Im married and have 7 kids want a birthing and pregnancy break but do not want hormones! I feel like my options are very limited ๐๐
