I mean its pretty easy to use the one from the hospital and I've never had a nurse watch me to make sure I'm doing it right.

when you push back down, does the neck just sit in the water then? I feel like this would be great for on the go but if im reaching that into the public toilet I don't think I wanna push it back down into the water and then spray myself w that water next time. I know it shouldn't touch anything in theory but I feel like even being in the air past the toilet seat is gonna skeeve me out to leat it soak in the water then. where as if its always out and never touches anything then your water stays sanitary.

I think I got a two pack of the second one for like $8 on Amazon & I didn’t struggle with the one from the hospital either but hey whatever a mama wants to get herself for that postpartum experience 🤷🏼♀️

My perry bottle had a cap but it was tiny and got lost almost immediately. I swear every time I have a baby I see cool new things come out that I wish I had access to, and I’m only four weeks postpartum 😭

Easy at home makes them now?! I bought the Frida mom one because I had a raging uti and it brought so much relief plus using a period disc, it comes in handy when I'm at work or at home or on the go and don't want to take a shower!
