Herniated L5/S1 on 7/03/2026. Could not walk, sleep, get dressed or function at all. Chiro weekly, inversion table, Flexeril and nothing worked. I started ARA 12 days ago - stopped all other meds and the pain is 75% gone. Yesterday I rode my ATV for 2 hours and today I am running a 10k with my run club.
