@algorhythm247: On September 7, 1996, Tupac Shakur spent the evening in Las Vegas attending the Mike Tyson–Bruce Seldon fight at the MGM Grand. What began as a major night of boxing ended in tragedy after Tupac and his entourage were involved in an altercation with Orlando Anderson, who allegedly snatched a Death Row Chain from their crew prior to this. After leaving the event, Tupac was traveling through Las Vegas with Death Row Records executive Suge Knigh and while their BMW was stopped on the road, another vehicle approached and opened fire. Tupac suffered several gunshot wounds and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. For six days, fans waited and hoped for his recovery. On September 13, Tupac died at just 25 years old.
