@realbraidenshaw: If you have a kid turning 18 soon, this is something worth getting ahead of. Once they’re legally an adult, there are situations where you may not be able to step in and help with medical or financial decisions without the right documents in place. Hopefully you never need them, but I’d rather have these conversations early than figure it out during an emergency.
