Davis alleged that his home and his wife’s car had been vandalized and complained that private family addresses were exposed through a 2009 interview presented during the trial. After Davis continued expressing frustration, a prosecutor responded that the state believed Davis was upset because he was on trial for murder. Judge Carli Kierny addressed concerns involving both sides and also directed Davis’ attorney to ensure Davis stopped communicating with witnesses.
